Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system.

Please review your selected service, date and time carefully before confirming your appointment. Appointment availability and service duration may vary.

Deposits

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until any required deposit has been successfully processed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

We ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may have their deposit transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will forfeit their deposit.

Repeated no-shows may require additional prepayment before future appointments can be confirmed.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may need to be shortened, modified or rescheduled to avoid delaying appointments scheduled after yours.

Significant lateness may be treated as a late cancellation.

Service Pricing & Timing

Prices and estimated service times displayed on our website or booking system are provided to help you plan your visit.

Final pricing may vary depending on the service selected, requested additions or other factors communicated before or during your appointment.

Any significant changes to the service or price will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Appointment Changes

If you would like to add, remove or change a service, please contact us as early as possible.

Additional services are subject to availability and may require additional appointment time.

Refunds

Completed beauty and wellness services are generally non-refundable.

If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact Mosaic Beauty Bar as soon as possible so we can review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Ontario law.

Health & Service Considerations

Please let your service provider know before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medical considerations or other information that may reasonably affect your treatment.

Mosaic Beauty Bar may decline or modify a service when reasonably necessary for the safety of the client or service provider.

Personal Belongings

Please keep personal belongings with you during your visit. Mosaic Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged personal belongings except where required by law.

Policy Acceptance

By booking an appointment with Mosaic Beauty Bar, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the applicable booking, cancellation and deposit terms presented to you.
